PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
• Quick coupling purposely designed to easily access hydraulic systems for performance testing
• Installing male coupling in several parts of the hydraulic system, a reliable diagnosis can be carried out in a short time
• Connection by pushing the male coupling in the female of vice-versa
• Disconnection by pulling back the sleeve
• Retaining by ball latching system
• Shut-off system by flat valve
• Wide range of termination ends available on request and protective cap
• Interchangeability according to ISO 15171-1 and SAE J1502
MATERIAL
Male coupling in steel, with some hardened areas in correspondence to the most stressed points. Carbonitrided valve, spring in C98 steel and seals in NBR (other materials on request)
WORKING TEMPERATURE
-22ºF up to +230ºF (-30ºC up to +110ºC)
For different temperature range, the coupling can be assembled with specific seals
SAFETY FACTOR
4:1 for dynamic pressures
IMPULSE PRESSURES
1,000,000 cycles at 133% of the rated one (freq. 1Hz)
