PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
• Connectable with male ISO A under pressure
• Working pressure 30MPa
• Connection/disconnection PUSH-PULL
• No shut-off, Manuli mechanical valve block system
• Installation on pipe and ports
• Breakaway function according to ISO 5675
• Interchangeable according to ISO 7241 series A
• Wide range of termination ends
• According to all requirements of ISO 5675
MATERIAL
Couplings in steel with some stressed area hardened, carbonitrided valve, springs in C98 steel, seals in NBR, back-up ring PTFE. PU seal on ½” female available on request.
WORKING TEMPERATURE
-22ºF up to +230ºF (-30ºC up to +110ºC)
For other temperatures, the quick coupling is assembled with specific seals
SAFETY FACTOR
4:1 for dynamic pressures
IMPULSE PRESSURES
500,000 cycles (connected and disconnected conditions) at 120% of the rated one (freq. 1Hz)
